The rugged Thunder Driller is the most important vehicle on the Power Miners team. With its massive double-geared, auto-rotating planetary drill, it tunnels through solid stone to reach deep underground caverns and hidden rock monster hives. As long as its magma-core engine is fueled up and its huge spiked wheels keep turning, the Thunder Driller?s powerful dual-direction drill never stops spinning.

5 Stars SWEEEEET!
My 8 year old son put together this lego set in 1 hour! He absolutely loves it and wants to collect the whole set. It appears to be very durable. It looks cool and it’s fun to watch the drill spin as the vehicle moves.
4 Stars Great addition to his other Legos
My 7 year old son loves the driller. LOVES! I believe his best friend said it best when he saw it: “Oh, wow, this is SWEEEEET!” It stays together very well, is durable, and lives up to the high quality that LEGO always offers. The crystal rock monsters that come with it are a huge hit as well. He’s now mixing this in with his Aqua Raiders sets to create a whole new world of adventure. My son is the first of his friends to get any of the Power Miners sets, and now they all want them. I’m sure he’ll get more of them for his birthday in a few months.
4 Stars Thunder Driller
This Lego set is very durable and lots of fun. Here are a few pros and cons: Pros- the drill spins in opposite directions at the same time. Stickers were very easy to put on. Two of the stickers feel rough to make it seem like dirt is really on the vehicle. Comes with a Firox rock monster figure who is orange. I really like the green/orange color scheme. Also comes with dynamite which I have never had in any other Lego set. Cons- Drill sometimes falls apart because the stick holding it together is short. They made the vehicle look bigger on the box than in real life. That about sums it up. Overall: Good! (This review dictated to me by my almost 11 yr. old son)

This has easy to follow directions—my 7 year old put it together without any adult help!!
