5 Stars Fits M&D chunky puzzles!
I ordered this puzzle rack for our growing collection of Melissa and Doug puzzles, including several “chunky puzzles”, despite some reviews stating that the chunky puzzles would not fit. THEY DO FIT! Quite nicely, actually. We also have a small peg sound puzzle that fits in the top section, and one large peg shapes puzzle that fits, just barely, in the bottom section. It is the answer to my puzzle storage prayers!

This puzzle rack works just as it should. It holds plenty of puzzles. The only problem is that is does not hold puzzles with raised pieces. No big deal, we had plenty of puzzles to fill it. A great way to organize a space.
5 Stars GREAT SOLUTION FOR GROWING PUZZLE LOVERS!
My son loves puzzles. As he grew we were having trouble keeping them in order. This offers the PERFECT solution. It holds his younger, easier puzzles (peg and 12 piece) as well and his more complext puzzles (24+ pieces). It’s very sturdy and even easy enough for my 3 year old to get the puzzles in and out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
4 Stars Pretty good for inexpensive rack
This works pretty well if you want an inexpensive rack. Not all the puzzles will fit perfectly, and I definitely have more puzzles than slots.. But I wasn’t willing to buy an expensive one like they have in day care – the big wooden ones work great because if pieces fall out they don’t fall down to the puzzle below or get stuck and they are generous height-wise for each puzzle. On this wire one, my daughter had trouble at first putting the puzzles back in, but eventually she mastered it. In the meantime, I just told her to put them on the floor and I’ll put them away later, as I find my set of puzzles work best in a particular order. I have some foam puzzles from the $1 rack at Target and I just shove them in on top of the chuncky puzzle with pegs because another wooden one doesn’t really fit on top of it.
In summary, you get what you pay for… if you want an inexpensive solution that isn’t perfect, you can try this and it may neaten up the area enough for you.

Loved the Melissa and Doug Wire Puzzle rack for the two different sized puzzles. I had several different brands of puzzles and it fit them all great! Solved my puzzle storing problem definitely! Great purchase for our home.
