User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Great seat @ great price
I purchased this seat last week and installed it over the weekend.

My 2 1/2 yr old loves it. It feels secure and not that difficult to install. I started and my husband finished it. Great seat, feels stable and was not wabbly. I was a little worried from all the negative comments. But I was pleasantly surprise by the ease of the whole thing.

3 Stars Wouldn’t attach
I bought this as a cheap option that would let me try out riding with my kid. I have a Specialized Hard Rock that has a quick-release seat post that is incompatible with the seat.

The instructions call for a bolt attachment on the rear part of the seat post, so if you don’t have that it won’t work out. The bottom brackets attach via friction/clamping onto the lower diagonal wheel legs that should work on any bike, but the seat post is the deal breaker. Hope it works better for you.

3 Stars Connectons in bad spots
We liked this product, but haven’t been able to get it to connect very well with our bike styles. We’ve had to modify it a bit as far as getting a new bolt and we had to be creative with getting it to mount to the bike without being in the way of the brake lines.

3 Stars Needed a little work
The classic Child Carrier Seat is an ok seat for the price. I wouldn’t expect it to last over a couple children. One child, as fast as they grow it it acceptable. I had to modify the carrier by extending the attachment arm to the seat. The provided attachemnt was too short, putting the carrier almost against my seat. I couuldn’t even attach the bar assembly.

5 Stars Good value
In addition to the positive reviews, I read a lot of the less-complimentary reviews and disagree. I thought the seat was relatively easy to put together. My 14-month old enjoys the ride and the price was excellent.

User Ratings and Reviews

4 Stars Shipment of the Scooter
The product looks great. However, wish it would have been in a “brown” Amazon box. It came in its original box. It was supposed to be a “SURPRISE” for my daughters birthday. Luckily, I was able to get to the door before she did and made her go in her room with the door closed while I hid the Razor Scooter box.

5 Stars scooter review
excellent product

good value, 8 year old loves, as well as the 9 year old

as always, a pleasure doing business with Amazon and its merchants.

2 Stars Broke after 1 week
The back wheel stopped working after 1 week. Needless to say we had a very disappointed son.

4 Stars Electric scooter
I purchased the Razor E125 electric scooter for my 11 year old grandson. he loves it, and wishes the battery charge-time was a lot longer.

5 Stars Favorite Christmas Gift
What can I say? This was my 11 year old son’s favorite Christmas gift. Works wonderfully well and holds a charge for a long time. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this item.

User Ratings and Reviews

3 Stars Ben 10 Ultimate Omnitrix
The boys loved them but the problem was they would not stay snapped on their wrist and there for kept falling off upsetting the boys as they would not stay on. Need a better way to keep them on.

3 Stars Ben 10 Watch Review
Ben-10 toys are normally durable and save; however, this one was not so durable. The clear plastic guys click on top of the watch, but after a few times they got stuck. After that it wouldn’t work anymore…

5 Stars Be Ben 10
If your child loves Ben 10 then this is the accessory to have. My son is a young 4 and loves it. The sounds and moving parts add to the excitement. This toy seems exceptionally rugged, even my rambunctious son has not managed to break it. Furthermore, the add on aliens are inexpensive and fun to play with which give the wrist band extra value. I suggest acquiring an alien every once in a while for a surprise. Only issue is that a 4 year old will need assistance in putting on the rist band.

5 Stars Made the kids happy
My nephew became the envy of all his friends, because there is a number of ben 10 watches out there and none have the same one.

5 Stars Great Ben10 Toy
My son, 6 years absolutely loves this watch. Been a day since we got this, hardly off his hands. The figure attached to the watch is great, and he’s already negotiating about buying the rest of the figures. Love it!

Taggies Grabby Elephant

August 22nd, 2009

Taggies Grabby Elephant

Taggies developmental toys are based on the idea that kids love to rub satin edges, clothing labels and tags!
Taggies Super soft Elephant friend is so easy to grab and hold and so hard to let go of. And what’s that in his belly? It’s his little friend, the Wiggle Mouse. Pull him out and he wiggles right back into place. They’re almost as inseparable as a baby and her TAGGIE! Ages Birth and up.

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Taggie elephant
If your child likes tags this is the way to go. My daughter loves to play with tags so we decided to get her a taggie. This one was a great choice. It has TONS of tags to touch and feel plus a little pull out toy in the middle.

4 Stars Taggies Grabby Elephant
I purchased this for my 8 month old niece for Christmas. She loved it!!! As soon as we handed it to her, she was playing with (and chewing) all of the tags. I would definitely recommend the product even though it seems kind of pricey for a stuffed animal.

5 Stars Taggies Elephant- So adorable!
My son loves this toy! The jingle is so easy on the ears and there is so much to look at on this one little toy. The little mouse that vibrates is still something my son has not figured out (He is 4 months old) but that is just another new thing that he can discover on this toy for when he gets older/learns more. Whenever my son is fussy I bring out this adorable elephant and he is ALL SMILES! (:

So glad that I received this as a gift.

5 Stars Love it!
My baby absolutely LOVES the taggie elephant! The different colored and textured tags give her lots of options when she’s searching for the perfect tag. I have even washed the elephant even though it has a chime in it. It came out of the washer perfectly intact still. The little mouse on the inside is a perfect little surprise with the vibration sensation. My baby can play with it for hours. Great toy! I would recommend it to others. My baby loves this much more than the taggie books for some reason.

3 Stars Cute, but not worth the money
The elephant truly is as cute as the picture. However, for the money, it’s just not worth it. I bought this for my 6-month old for Christmas. She doesn’t play with it at all. The rattle on the inside of the elephant is too hard for her to grab and pull out. I’m hoping as she gets older and more coordinated that maybe it will engage her more.

Schylling Tater Toss Game

July 30th, 2009

Schylling Tater Toss Game

Wind this plastic hot potato up and have fun passing the ticking potato around. But don’t get caught with it when it stops – then you’re out of the game! 6 1/2″ tall.

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Surprise hit of the Christmas party!
I bought the Tater Toss for my 2 1/2 year old niece for Christmas–when she opened it we wound it up for her and started to toss it around to everyone in the room. It was so fun—she stood in the middle of the room, watching, and let out a huge squeal accompanied by a little dance. Wish I would have caught it on video. It was hysterical. It’s all she wanted to play with the entire day. She still drags it out to play it with just her mom and dad, which is probably not as fun as having the whole family around, but she still gets a thrill out of it. She has a room full of toys, but seems to continue to be engrossed with this inexpensive gift. Highly recommended if you show the kid(s) how to use it.

2 Stars This is not for young kids who can’t toss underhanded yet
It’s a fun toy for kids old enough to toss the toy underhand & catch it. My 4-year old took a few bonks to the forhead with it because she couldn’t catch it. Ouch! Also, she can’t toss underhand yet so she wants to throw it; the hard plastic can hurt if you don’t catch it.

4 Stars I thought it was fun…
I bought this for my 3-year-old. I thought it would be a fun game that we could all play as a family. However, the very first time we played, the alarm went off when my daughter was holding it. It freaked her out and she hasn’t wanted to play it since. She gets her dad and I to play it… but SHE won’t play it.

4 Stars Ready, Set, Go
This is a great tool to use for your students in any subject. Play hot potato with your kids and when it stops on the person you can quiz them in language arts, math or anything else. Kids love it and they want to be the one it stops on. It is a lot of fun:)

5 Stars Awesome product
My grandchildren love this toy. They want to play it everyday. It’s a great birthday game for birthday partys as well. It teaches the kids to move quickly, that time is short, and they have to cooperate with each other to pass the “Hot Potato”. It’s kind-of-like musical chairs except that you don’t need as much space or as many people to play. Everyone can hear the timer ticking but you never know when it’s going to ring so everyone passes the potato quickly. When the timer rings, the one holding the “Hot Potato” is out of the game and no one wants to be out of the game. There is usually a lot of laughter while playing “Hot Potato”. Fun for kids of all ages.
