5 Stars Excellent toy ever!
I bought it for my 7 yr old son after reading all the good reviews and boy I am so glad I did. Its fun toy, easy and excellent to teach your kid basics of electronics at the same time. My son kept on doing one project after the other. He is anyways too much into building/architectural/magnetic toys and always likes to talk about electronics/signals etc. I just wish they make a sturdier box and also provide simple basics of electricity/parts-resistance etc so that child can read and get attuned very early on. I wish I had this toy when I was a kid. Excellent product and great price!!

I’ve been studying physics with my kids for a while, and a friend recommended Snap Circuits- what a great tool! My son grabbed the set immediately upon its arrival and worked through a bunch of the activities, one after another, and then started creating his own projects. He loves it- and so so my daughter and I!

This is super fun and very educational. I play this with my 9-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter and we have a blast!

I have used this product several times in the classroom with elementary and middle school aged children. The response was overwhelmingly positive. The schools we partner with for science demonstrations liked these kits so much they jumped at the chance to get some as a donation. The diagrams are easy to follow. Basic electrical concepts are easy to teach. Kids readily start designing their own circuits. I recommend these kits to anyone who has children interested in hands on experiments.

We got this for my son’s 5th birthday. He LOVES it. We spent a little time showing him how to connect the parts and now he does it on his own. He can’t read the book but, he can look at the pictures and put together all the circuits. He now wants to get one of the upgrade kits so he can create more circuits. The product is well made and I would recommend for any child curious about electricity and likes putting puzzles, legos, etc together.

3 Stars Fabulous toy questionable durability
We purchased this toy for my daughter for her birthday and she adores it. He is a wonderful teaching tool as well as being loads of fun as a puppet, however I have had to sew the seams back together in various places within days of purchase. Great item just not the most durable.

5 Stars Fine Motor Fun!
As an Occupational Therapist, I use this toy frequently to teach dressing skills to the children with whom I work. They have so much fun piecing the snake together that they forget they are learning to manipulate fasteners in the process. The head of the snake is a hand puppet, and the soft, colorful body pieces are both large and durable, making them easier to manipulate. My elementary school-aged children of all ages request “Snakey” again and again. This educational toy is definetly worth the money!

5 Stars A great way to practice fasteners!
I work as an OT in the school systems. My students often are working on clothing fasteners…usually rather dreary practice. Snakey has been a huge hit, as he can take himself apart, scatter his pieces, and still keep on talking with the students. They have so much fun finding his pieces, and reattaching the puppet. It makes the fastener practice a highlight of the session for many kids.
