4 Stars Good starter scooter
I bought this scooter for my 3 year old so he would have a good quality first scooter that also looked like his older brother’s Razor scooter. The first one that arrived in the mail had the plastic around the wheels broken off so we had to return it. The second one arrived and has been fine ever since but I worry about all the plastic. With a boy riding it (and one already arriving broken), I wonder how long the plastic will hold up. Considering the regular Razors are all metal, I’m not sure why the base and unerside has so much plastic on it. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise, it’s a great first scooter.

2 Stars Doesn’t glide but good stability
We got the Razor Jr scooter for our 3 1/2 year old. You have to constantly kick to keep moving – it never glides like a classic Razor scooter. If you are looking for the stability of the 3 wheels with the glide of a classic Razor try the Mini Kick Scooter by Micro Mobility for around $75. If your kid is fairly coordinated and can balance then just get the classic Razor Scooter A.

4 Stars all good
Its really good, little one likes it a lot. I just wish it was little bit cheaper to deserve 5 stars.

3 Stars Fancy but not functional
It surely is a fancy scooter I’ve ever seen.

But it was too slow and even risky (handle bar) for my 3 yr old boy.

Shipping was delayed, and the logo on the handle bar was printed on the back, and my boy kept asking me which way the handle was supposed to go.

5 Stars My grandson Jake
Jake thanks you for the many hours of funds he already enjoyed riding his razor. I thank you for a prompt delivery.

4 Stars Great 1st scooter
The Razor Scooter Jr. is a great first scooter, I had been looking at other scooters and they where more expensive and seem to be made mostly for looks than quality. I recommend this scooter for first time kiddie’s. My nefew of 2 years old really enjoys his Razor Jr. Your kiddie will to!!! Amazon was really fast and simple…

4 Stars 2 yr old loves it
I got this so my two year old could also have a scooter to ride with his older siblings. It is too cold and snowy right now to ride outside so he plays with it inside and loves it. However I’m not sure if I’m sold on online buying because it shipped slightly damaged probably because of the shipping.

4 Stars Great for my 2 year old.
My 2 1/2 year old loves this scooter. She was on it cruising around the kitchen on Christmas morning. The fact that it goes slow is great for her age.

I did have an issue with the first scooter I received from another vendor though. I had a terrible time trying to get help from Razor to diagnose the problem. I ended up ordering another one from Amazon with rushed shipping to make sure I got the package before Christmas. When I got the Amazon delivery, I figured out that the pressurized pin was just in the wrong slot on the handle bar shaft. It was a very simple fix once I figured it out.

3 Stars Quality did not live up to the brand name
I was disappointed with this scooter. I was expecting a higher quality product. The wheels are hollow plastic, I guess I was expecting rubber wheels that would ride smoother and not be as noisy as the plastic wheels are. The base is a good size for first time riders to learn to balance themselves on a scooter, but I think this scooter would be most suited for children under 4 years of age.

5 Stars great for teaching balance plus motion
/by being a balanced toy it allows child to be free to gain expertise in motion and control.

5 Stars Worth Every Penny…..
Initially, I wasn’t too keen about a plastic scooter. However, I took a chance and am so glad I did. My 3 year old grandson is just delighted with this scooter and rides it constantly. It really is durable and has provided hours of fun for him. He rides it inside and out. He has learned to balance it and zooms along. He does have some trouble steering, but I don’t know if that is a scooter issue or just something he still has to master. I enjoy watching him have so much fun and would recommend this without hesitation.

4 Stars Gift for Grandson
The Radio Flyer (My First Scooter) came as advertised and seems to be in keeping with Radio Flyer’s good name. Grandson is 2 years, 3 months and started learning a sense of balance within minutes. Not sure how old a child or how much weight it can handle as it bows a bit in the middle with this average size 2 year old on it.

5 Stars Scooter
Great first scooter. My son is small for his age. He can’t reach the pedel’s on a bikes for his age. So, he really loves his scooter now he can keep up with his sister and his other friends.

5 Stars Best toy we have ever gotten him!!!
This is by far the best toy that we have ever gotten our son. He is 10 1/2 months old and walking every where with this thing. It encourages them to walk and it is fun for them to ride in too. We have hardwood floors so the other push toys would go too fast. This one has the “slow down” clickers that make it not go as fast. It is WONDERFUL!!! We LOVE this product and think that everyone should get one.

1 Star BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE THIS WALKER: choking hazard!
We bought this in December 2008, and our son (now 12 months old) has loved it ever since. We really liked the clicking mechanism, since it helps keep a beginning walker from falling flat on his/her face.

However, just today (almost 4 months later), our son discovered a tapered bit of clear plastic on the floor — measuring approximately 15 x 4 mm. After investigating, we found it had broken off of the clicker from one of the wheels on this wagon. This is a choking hazard, and was exactly the same problem resulting in a recall of this product in past years (up to 2005). The clicker has been re-engineered (the recalled ones were black, this one is clear), but this problem seems identical to the one resulting in the prior recall.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE THIS PRODUCT! I’ve reported this to the CPSC, and will call Radio Flyer tomorrow during the day. I’ll post an update if I get more information. For now, we’ve taken out the other clicker and thrown it away.

5 Stars Good Practice for my daughter when she pushes this.
My daughter enjoys this wagon and it does help her as she is learning to walk.In particular, she enjoys taking items out of the bin. Although the wheel traction slows her down a bit, she still managers to push the wagon faster than her little legs are willing to go and ends up pushing it on her knees. I would recommend it.

5 Stars Sturdy little wagon
This wagon is nice, sturdy, and makes a click sound so you know when your child is running toward your toes.

5 Stars My son LOVES this wagon!!!
My son is just learning to walk so my Mom bought him this wagon. He climbs up on it and walks with it across our living room!!! It’s so cute! He also likes to load up the cart with his favorite toys for a ride. We take it to the park sometimes and all the kids come over to play with it. It’s a popular little cart. I love it.
