4 Stars Great game for dog lovers
My daughter received a Leapster for her 5th birthday. Pet Pals was her first game and she played it non-stop. I wasn’t sure it was challenging enough to hold her attention, but it really did. Maybe because she just loves dogs so much & we don’t have one! She loves cleaning and grooming the dog of her choice and competing in the dog show.

5 Stars Pets
My daughter LOVES this game, its very educational when it comes to following directions as well as helping your child with letters and numbers. my daughter is obsessed with dora and spongebob, but she much rather play this game over those. you cant go wrong with this leapster game!

5 Stars one of our daughter’s best leapster cartridges
Our daughter, almost 4, received Pet Pals as gift. She and her brother have several other cartridges but this is perhaps the best so far. She has a lot of fun with it. Pet Pals is also very intuitive and gives very good prompts. I highly recommend this as a nice addition to a small child’s leapster collection.

5 Stars Great for long car rides!
It was a gift for my grandson’s third birthday. A little complicated the first day or two and then he got the hang of it and loves it. He has learned a lot from it. Great for the car or appointments.

5 Stars great game
My 5yr old daughter also loves this game. She has left her Princess game to get dusty and only plays Pet Pals. Her 7yr and 2yr old brothers try to sneak turns on it, too.

5 Stars Great for the Money!
My son is very happy with this game! You can’t beat the price either considering all Didj games sell for $[...] in store. Definitely would recommend this game and others on the Didj System!

5 Stars Fantastic!
Santa and Grandma together got this for my son, who is almost 6. He can’t put it down!! He loves his Digi and “Fists of Foam” is his favourite by far. It’s great for kids who are fairly new to the hand-held game world. It didn’t take long for him to get the feel of it, and he’s really into learning the math areas. I love that the game rewards him and gives him the chance to find the right answer rather than only give him once chance! I am a huge fan of the Digi and a long time fan of LeapFrog. If you want to limit the exposure to all those kill em and blood & gut games with no value, but want the gaming experience-please get one of these for your kid. It’s perfect for 5-9 year olds. I was worried that I would have to sit there and read out directions and questions the entire time, but I was happy to see that the game reads out questions and ofers “hints”.

5 Stars Great math, geometry and fraction teaching game
Daughter sticks to this game better than any other. She has gone further in this game levels wise as well, and we had to download all the lessons so far for it as a result. If we had one game for her on the Didj, this is the one.

5 Stars Very Pleased!
My daughter loves Spongebob, therefore she loves this game. I have to help her with the little math that is in the game because she’s in kindergarten, but other than that the game is easy enough for her to play alone. I wish there was more math in the game but as long as she loves the game that’s what’s important. Also I wasn’t sure what to expect in the quality of the graphics and to my and my boyfriend’s surprise (who happens to play a lot of video games) the graphics were very good especially for the price we paid.

3 Stars Weaker of the math set
Santa brought my son a Didj along with the Spongebob and Indiana Jones games. He has logged significantly more hours on the Indiana Jones game as well as a new one – Clone Wars. Even though Sponge Bob is his favorite TV show, the game doesn’t appear to be as engaging as the other two.

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Easy to navigate
One of my goals in getting games for our son’s Leapster is that I wouldn’t have to constantly help him. This game is easy to navigate and doesn’t seem to frustrate him. It also has just enough of a challenge, so I don’t think it’s too easy either. I bought this at Wal-Mart for $18 (two weeks ago), so this price it a little steep.

5 Stars leap frog educational game: Kindergarten
Granddaughter loves this game, even her brother who is 3 seems to be able to play well with it.

5 Stars Held her attention!!
We just got the Leapster2 for our 4.5 year old and chose a couple of games – you want to be picky since they are expensive and you don’t want so many as to overwhelm them. This is one of her favorites and she delights in getting points to buy the robot parts. She comes running in the room to shout “I spelled a word” and that she got to complete a robot. She also enjoys the Pet Pals game. This is a great educational toy, but can you will need to limit their time (she would play all day if I let her). The Disney Princess Enchanted Tales game did not hold her attention nearly as long, and she is a princess fanatic.

5 Stars Leapster 2 is a hit!
My 5 year old daughter received the Leaptster 2, a Disney princess game and the kindergarten game for Christmas. The Kindergarten game is by far her favorite. She would play with it for hours if I let her. My 3 year old loves it too. There are many fights over the Leapster and the Kindergarten game.

4 Stars Tech Toybox Price Gouging
Tech Toybox is selling this for $64.99 on Amazon. What a ripoff. They are taking advantage. Amazon seems to let this price gouging happen but will soon figure out that they’re losing customers due to price gouging by their partners. Amazon should list suggested retail price on all items where possible if they care about their customers

5 Stars Worth the money!!!
My four year old got this for Christmas yesterday and she is hooked! I love it because she doesn’t even realize she is learning. She started out finding the “small pink jellyfish” (for example), which she easily knows. Then she is to find the “number 5 jellyfish,” which is much more challeging for her. She is so into the game she doesn’t even realize she is learning from it!!!

5 Stars Bought this as a gift for a friend’s son
He loved it, so I had to go back to Amazon and pick out some games and a case to keep them all together. He loves them, but he’s a smart kid.

5 Stars Game review
Highly recommend this game. I have a five year old and he loves it. Can play this game all by himself without any help from me.

5 Stars Great game for the Leapster
My daughter received this game and the Leapster for her thrid birthday. I think it is great and she does too. There are short stories that are read aloud. The stories are interactive to some degree in that the characters can be touched (tapped with stylus) and they will add something to the story. As the main story is narrated, the words appear on the screen and are highlighted as they are read. There are several mini-games that are entertaining and educational. For example, one where the player is asked to guide the character through a jellyfish field by bouncing on the large blue jelly fish, or the jelly fish with the number 5, etc. I found it a well put together, colorful, and entertaining game.

5 Stars EVERY PRESCHOOL CHILD NEEDS TO OWN THIS LEAPSTER LMAX SYSTEM!!!
LOVE THE PARENT INTERACTION WHILE MY CHILD IS PLAYING THE GAME… I CAN WATCH ON THE TV AND HELP WHEN HE NEEDS IT…

GREAT PRESCHOOL GAME…

HIGHLY RECOMMEND… SO MUCH SO… ALSO MY ENTIRE CHIDLS PRESCHOOL CLASS NOW OWNS A LEAPSTER LMAX…

BE SURE TO GET THE LMAX AS THEN YOU CAN SEE EVERYTHING ON THE TV

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Taught himself division to play
Santa brought my son a Didj and this game along with SpongeBob. My son enjoyed this game so much that he taught himself division using his hands just to be able to play the game. According to the Didj website my son is performing at the 4th grade level – not bad for a first grader. His math scores at school have improved as well getting 100% every time.

5 Stars Education Through Adventure
My kids love the Indiana Jones didj game. As play continues the questions and actions gets harder, keeping even us adults entertained while we play. You get to play both Indy and Mutt using whip and sword to fight the bad guys. Five stars on this Didj game!

4 Stars Older Mom still young at heart!
I bought this for my daughter’s 8th birthday. I loved this movie when the series first came out and hoped it would be fun. She loves it and wants to play it often. I definitely would recommend it for all parents of daughter’s – it’s not just for boys!

5 Stars Didj Indiana Jones
I have two boys who really like this game. They each set up their own profile and then I went online and adapted it to their skill level. I have changed the skill set I want them to be working on a couple of times as I find they have learned something, or get too frustrated by something. My boys like Indiana Jones and really enjoyed doing things with his character. True, they would rather be playing the Wii. But they definately prefer this to doing review sheets or flashcards. And, they learn the stuff faster too. This is one of my favorite leapster games.

5 Stars If you love Indie, you’ll love this game!
I bought this game for my 7 year old daughter, and we fight over who gets to play! I love it and its a great way for her to learn math while having fun!
