5 Stars great scooter
I have really enjoy this scooter, even after the spark device quite working. The device has to replaced too often. I like the scooter without the spark device.
4 Stars Razor Spark Scooter review
I enjoyed fast service and mint condition of product when it arrived. Product itself was not as described. Sparks were not as awesome as I thought they should be and the cartridges were used up faster than I expected. Also you can get a 2pk at Target for $10 and online the price is $20 plus shipping.
I like the scooter itself, the wheels seem more efficient with smoother ride than other scooters I have tried, but I don’t think the “Sparks” aspect was really worth the $20 more I paid for it.
5 Stars GREAT HIT WITH MY GRANDSON
Bought this as a gift for my 5 year old grandson…His friends all gathered around him asking for a try at it… he was a big hit… he loves the scooter…. glad I made this purchase and recommend grandparents buy it for grands birthday, etc… they will love you forever!!!!!
4 Stars Fancy name..basic scooter
My 7 year old son saw this scooter on the Disney Channel commercials. What they don’t tell you is that the “spark” cartridges are difficult if not impossible to reorder. My son loves this scooter, but for all the hype and massive price difference you only get two spark cartridges. Just be forewarned that once the sparks are out, all you have left is the basic model. As for its durability, it is great! You get a few colors to choose and it folds down neatly to throw in the back seat of your car or camper.
1 Star Broke the first day
My son was so excited about getting the razor sparks scooter. The first days he got it, he was going down a slight incline and pushing down on the sparks when it broke off one side causing him to go out of control and crash. He was badly scraped on both arms and face. Luckily no broken bones. I called Razor customer service and sent them pictures of how the sparks mechanism broke. They said that the Razor scooter is NOT to be ridden down inclines. It is supposed to be ridden on flat ground only. They also said that the sparks “toy” is not supposed to be held down for long periods of time because it will break. My son still wants the scooter and Razor is sending replacement sparks, but I am not impressed with this product.
