5 Stars MAGIC music box
My baby really loves it. He has so many toys, and this is one of his favorites. He keeps strong interest while playing with it every day. When he cries, the magic box can stop the crying at least for a while.

2 Stars Hold Your Ears
This toy while interesting in its approach to presenting the sound of various instruments, is annoyingly loud. Unfortunately there is no volume control, so you either listen to it at full volume or not at all. Sorry I bought it. Also the size of the cube it rather large for a young child.

4 Stars great idea
great idea for a musical toy. i just wish the individual instrument sounds were a little more realistic. i might be a bit of a snob because i am a music teacher–but it seems like they could have done a better job with the sounds. still, the idea for the toy is great and i believe my son will really enjoy it as he gets a little bit older.

5 Stars Good Musical Fun
This is something that gets alot of use. The combination of the varitey of instruments keeps things changing enough so that it is not too diffuclt to listen to for longer periods of time than some other musical toys.

The mixing and matching of the various instruments was something that was fun to see as the assoication of how to get different instruments playing was beginning to be understood.

Stood up well to alot of use.

5 Stars Awesome product
This is a great toy for children. The music sounds beautiful and children love to “play” with the different instruments. You can have the orchestra play or just one instrument at a time. I bought this for my baby 4 years ago and she still loves it and I just recently purchased another one for my nephew (I didn’t want to give my daughters toy away :) . It lasts through the bumps and drops and still sounds great.

5 Stars Indispensible!!
This is my daughter’s most prized possession – “yuh-dee” she calls it. She received several different loveys as gifts when she was born, but this ducky has become the favorite by far. No longer will the other two do, it must be THIS lovey! So glad I found a spare!

It’s very soft, easy to wash, and perfect for little hands to snuggle and hold.

5 Stars Can’t live without this
My daughter just turned 1 and this is our 4th Angel Dear giraffe blanket. We’re so thrilled with this lovey. I was advised by friends who had kids before I did to purchase several “lovey” in case they get lost or cannot be repaired. Based on my own experience with “lovey” (I still have mine from childhood…), I decided that I wanted something that could be thrown in the wash. As you can imagine, the lovey gets a lot of love and are dragged around and have milk and food stains. The Angel Dear can be thrown in the wash and still come out soft and cuddly. We have one in daycare and one for the house. I basically just rotate the in the wash weekly. I may get a 5th one to keep on hand, brand new, so when my daughter becomes an adult, she can have one as a keepsake given how much she loves her Angel Dear giraffe lovey.

5 Stars My daughter’s most prized possession…
I don’t know what we would do without this lamb blanket. It is by far, my one-year-old daughter’s most favorite thing in the whole wide world. She sucks on the ears until they are sopping wet, and I will peek in on her at night and see it clutched firmly in her hand. We wash it often because, as you can imagine, it gets pretty yucky. I recently purchased two more to have on hand in case her beloved blankie ever gets lost. I can only speculate as to why it is her favorite, but it probably has something to do with the softness, the small size, the ears and little knubs on the corners and down the middle that she likes to chew on, and how the lamb’s head fits perfectly in her hand.

5 Stars Perfect texture, size and shape: My baby only wants this!
My baby only wants this as his lovey. It’s silky soft and has 2 nubby corners that he loves to chew and suck on. It needs to be soaked in baking soda/water at least once a month because it starts to get stinky from all the “loving”. I’ve tried to use other loveys, but he only wants this one! I’ll need to get a few back-ups. It really helps comfort him and he adores his “jaff jaff”, clutching it to his face as he falls asleep. Buy a pair or three.

5 Stars Soft and Cuddly
I have had this now for about a year and recently rediscovered it. My 25month old is a Monkey lover :) she fell in love with a monkey from Target that was a limited addition and after 2 near loses I searched for backup and came across this and it had the same face as her monkey :) Since that time she received Dangles and this Angel Dear Blankie is her ‘Buddys’ baby toy lol very cute and soft as can be. Small but the size tells you that. This is a great lovie for any other monkey lover out there :)

Taggies Grabby Elephant

August 22nd, 2009

Taggies Grabby Elephant

Taggies developmental toys are based on the idea that kids love to rub satin edges, clothing labels and tags!
Taggies Super soft Elephant friend is so easy to grab and hold and so hard to let go of. And what’s that in his belly? It’s his little friend, the Wiggle Mouse. Pull him out and he wiggles right back into place. They’re almost as inseparable as a baby and her TAGGIE! Ages Birth and up.

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Taggie elephant
If your child likes tags this is the way to go. My daughter loves to play with tags so we decided to get her a taggie. This one was a great choice. It has TONS of tags to touch and feel plus a little pull out toy in the middle.

4 Stars Taggies Grabby Elephant
I purchased this for my 8 month old niece for Christmas. She loved it!!! As soon as we handed it to her, she was playing with (and chewing) all of the tags. I would definitely recommend the product even though it seems kind of pricey for a stuffed animal.

5 Stars Taggies Elephant- So adorable!
My son loves this toy! The jingle is so easy on the ears and there is so much to look at on this one little toy. The little mouse that vibrates is still something my son has not figured out (He is 4 months old) but that is just another new thing that he can discover on this toy for when he gets older/learns more. Whenever my son is fussy I bring out this adorable elephant and he is ALL SMILES! (:

So glad that I received this as a gift.

5 Stars Love it!
My baby absolutely LOVES the taggie elephant! The different colored and textured tags give her lots of options when she’s searching for the perfect tag. I have even washed the elephant even though it has a chime in it. It came out of the washer perfectly intact still. The little mouse on the inside is a perfect little surprise with the vibration sensation. My baby can play with it for hours. Great toy! I would recommend it to others. My baby loves this much more than the taggie books for some reason.

3 Stars Cute, but not worth the money
The elephant truly is as cute as the picture. However, for the money, it’s just not worth it. I bought this for my 6-month old for Christmas. She doesn’t play with it at all. The rattle on the inside of the elephant is too hard for her to grab and pull out. I’m hoping as she gets older and more coordinated that maybe it will engage her more.

5 Stars my kid loves it… that’s all that matters
“not bose quality” in the other review could mean different things depending upon how you feel about bose…

it’s a cute plushy speaker with lights and a little pocket to hold your mp3 player. the battery amped sound is totally acceptable and frankly, you’re playing mp3 music. i hope you’re not looking for some audiophile quality sound. the important thing is that my 8 year old kid loves it. she knows what the flashing lights mean (i don’t). sometimes, wearing headphones is just a hassle and if you’re going to get a decent portable speaker for kids, might as well get this one.

2 Stars Not the best speaker, but what do you expect from a dog?
The speaker is crap. But my kid loves it. Don’t buy this expecting to hear Bose quality, It’s a tiny, little speaker that sounds like a tiny, little speaker.

The lights are pretty cool, though.

And like I said, my kid loves it, and his brother has asked for one, too. So there must be something right with it.

5 Stars Ipod dogI
I bought this as a christmas gift and the boy just loved it, he plays with it all the time. thanks for offering it, I couldn’t get it anywhere else and I always know I can find it and recieve it on time with Amazon!

Pop Tunes Big Rocker Guitar

April 24th, 2009

Pop Tunes Big Rocker Guitar

The Rocker Guitar is to get kids moving with music that parents can appreciate. It is simple and easy to use and it helps to develop musical appreciation.

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Play Guitar
We bought two of these for twin 24 month boys. They loved them. The music is nice to the ears also, so adults don’t mind the noise.

4 Stars Toddler Fun
I purchased this toy for a child turning two: he had seen it on TV. It seems equivalent to his older sister’s Hanna Montana toy guitar. This little boy carried it around for several days, and chose a hat to wear while ‘playing’ it, apparently fulfilling his ideal of rock stardom. I usually turn up my nose at plastic devices counterfeiting real instruments, but in this case am glad I made an exception. The bright colors are pleasing to the age group, the size appropriate for short arms, and I notice an increase in finger dexterity. Four months later, the toy is still in excellent condition- it is sturdy enough to withstand a two-year old’s exuberance-and is still his favorite toy.

4 Stars It’s a hit with all the kids
I bought this for my two year old son who is very much into music right now. We pop in a U2 concert tape and he jumps around and strums along to the songs. As others have said, the little tunes are real songs. The strings can be strung. And the whammy bar is fun too.

My only wish is that it came with a strap. We had to make one out of a nylon strap using the holes in the back used for packing, which works fine. Maybe it’s a safety issue having a strap but other toy guitars have them.

Keep in mind it’s small, but I’ve found that kids from 2 up to 4 years old really enjoy this guitar.

4 Stars Awesome music and fun guitar
My son loves this guitar and plays with all the time. The songs on the guitar are pretty cool. It is exactly the right size for a 2-3 year old kid and is slick looking

4 Stars My Son loved this toy
My son was very excited to get this toy and whenever there is some song playing on the TV and he would also get up and dance like a rockstar. He played with the guitar for a week or 10 days and then it didn’t excite it that much.
