Jenga

This is the blockbuster of all stacking games! The original wood block game. The rules are simple enough for the whole family to play: just stack the blocks into a tower without letting it fall! But it’s fun for all ages, too, as some blocks from the bottom of the tower are pulled to make it taller! Who will make the tower fall’ For any number of players. Contents: 54 genuine hardwood blocks and instructions.

5 Stars Pleasantly surprised!
I purchased this game to use as part of a role playing game Dread: A Game of Horror and Hope. I had never played Jenga before, so my husband and I decided to set it up and have a few goes at it so we would know what to expect. We had no idea it could be so much darn fun. The concept is so simple and there are barely any rules. At each turn you must study the structure to find a piece you can remove that will not bring the tower down on your turn while trying to leave your opponents with no good options. Its sheer simplicity leaves a lot of options about game play – it could be a part of a trivia challenge, drinking game, or a host of other party games. The simplicity of the set up and ease of game play make it a great option for players of all ages and skill levels. Highly recommended!

5 Stars What’s not to like about Jenga?
this game is such fun…you don’t really think of it with all the fancier games out there…but it really can’t be beat. My 4 year old loves it…and is pretty good at it I might add.

we got it this summer on a whim…just trying to find a “family” game and it hit the spot…now it’s my “go to” christmas gift this year!

5 Stars A classic
This is a classic inexpensive game that should be in any house where kids live or visit. This and a couple other games have been enjoyed by my nieces and nephews when they visit and helps prevent any possible boredom if, like me, you are a proponent of leaving the tv off.

5 Stars A Great Classic
You can’t go wrong with a classic game like Jenga. Simple, engaging, and entertaining for the whole family. Appropriate for all ages. The beauty is in the simplicity. It comes with “extra” blocks, but in reality it doesn’t matter much since a few lost pieces only means you lose a layer of the tower. The game can be played the same with or without them. This particular execution of the game comes with a handy and durable carry case. This game travels very well. So, we take ours camping to keep the kids happy during any bad weather. This should be a go to game in everyone’s game closet.

4 Stars Still a classic
We’ve been very pleased with Jenga. It’s a lot of fun and the kids enjoy playing it.

The only reason I gave it four stars is that the stacking tool that helps you to quickly set up Jenga was made out of cardboard. The older sets had one that was made out of rigid plastic. It got ruined the first day and ended up in the recycling bin. This had made Jenga slower to set up.

5 Stars Sing along CD player
I purchased this product after researching all similar products. My 4 1/2 year old loves it and so does her little sister.

5 Stars It’s a LOVE IT!
We purchased this as a Christmas gift for our 17mo. old grandson. He love to sing and dance and this was the perfect gift. He is able to operate this on his own and loves to sing into the microphone.

1 Star Surprising
I find it very surprising that this has so many good reviews. On the Target website, it only has two stars and most people had a bad experience with it. I am one of those who had a bad experience. Despite the bad reviews and the $60 price tag, I bought this from Target for my son at Christmas and kept the receipt, anticipating it would break. We had it less than a month and sure enough, the CD player broke. It had fresh batteries, my son barely had used it and it hadn’t been dropped or abused in any way. I also made sure the CD was pristine because I knew based on experience that if it had the slightest smug, it wouldn’t play. Aside from it breaking, for $60, it is pretty cheaply made and should at least come with the AC adapter. Also, there is only one volume choice for the mics – very loud! My suggestion is to get a regular portable CD player for much less money and just add a microphone. If you take the chance and buy this, keep your receipt and good luck!

4 Stars Fun Fun
Both my kids love this toy. They love to sing, very loud, and dance around with the music. The only problem are the control buttons. It’s a little tricky at times. i also think that the manufacturer should have made some sort of child proof locking system to open the cd part. My kids are always taking it out and playing with the cd. so sometimes i cant let them play with it alone b/c im worried they will break the cd or do something else with it.

LeapFrog ClickStart My First Computer Adapter

LeapFrog ClickStart My First Computer Adapter

Power up the learning! Simply plug the adapter into your ClickStart My First Computer Console and AC wall outlet, and get plugged into educational fun.

User Ratings and Reviews

4 Stars Adapter
The adapter was bought for the click start game. We prefer using the adapter over use of batteries. It has been working just fine.

5 Stars a must buy
Don’t use the product without the ac adaptor. You will have to replace batteries too often.

1 Star terrible
I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my three year old. My older son did just fine learning on an ordinary computer. I thought this would be even better. It is useless. Especially the mouse. I could not use the mouse as an adult. No way is this a meaningful training tool for a kid. Totally frustrating experience for my son.

1 Star LeapFrog ClickStart My First Computer Adapter review
Basically the adapter proved useless. The computer flashed a low battery warning on screen every 3 seconds when it was running from this adapter. I ended up using a universal adapter, purchased for $[...] running at 5V instead.

5 Stars Must have!
After reading the reviews I thought the adapter was necessary.

If you like spending your money you can use batteries, but it’s really worth it to buy the adapter, it will pay for itself & you don’t have the trouble of installing batteries every couple weeks.

5 Stars Play Away
Great product. Wish it had dvd’s of music w/ a book of suggested “rhythms” to go with it…

5 Stars great music set
great set for child 2 and up. my 1 yr old was a little young for some of the instruments. love it though

4 Stars Fun birthday gift, but broken drum
My 4 year old nephew loves this set. Even his mom said it’s not as loud as she thought it was going to be. [...].

5 Stars great quality, lots of fun
i bought this toy for my 2 year old son as a christmas gift, he loves it. He plays with it on a daily basis and so do his dad and I. It is very good quality and well made, even being put through the abuse that a toddler causes, the tambourine has already been torn through the skin, but, then, my child is pretty rough on his toys, worth the price and provides good entertainment for a group of kids or just one

2 Stars Disappointed
I was disappointed with this product. The shakers did not shake (i.e. they were so filled with sand or whatever else is inside them that they did not make much noise) and the symbols make very little noise at all other than a boring “clank”. It is a pity because with a little more effort this could have been a great product.
