    1 Star dissapointing
This was my 11 year old son’s BIG Christmas gift, and so far we haven’t had the best of luck with it. It is always popping it’s breaker and going dead when he rides it, it doesn’t even make all the way down the street. I think your supposed to help by kicking with it when you first get it going, but the having the seat on it makes it hard to do. It’s been a huge dissapointment. My son has only ridden it a handful of times and seems to have no interest in it, it’s to much work for to little fun. A huge $[...] flop!!!

    4 Stars Razor review
The E300s is a great and sturdy unit. The only set back is the battery life. Battery will last about 45 min on a good charge.

4 Stars Good product – wish it held a charge longer.
I bought 2 of these scooters for my kids for Christmas and they love them; so do my husband and I. They are exactly as described and get going at a good speed depending on the weight of the driver. A full charge lasts approximately 40 minutes which is the only thing I wish I could change.

3 Stars Good looking but batterries need improvements
I have been using this scooter for a week now. I followed all procedures to assemble and charge. I initially charged this scooter for over 18 hours and 8 hours after the initial charge. I tested this scooter, recorded all run time each every use and found out it will only goes 30 minutes use. At 30 minutes of use, this scooter could no longer move. I emailed Razor costumers service and asked if this is normal and they said that it is normal. Razor E300S run time is 30 to 40 minutes runtime. So, if 30 minutes runtime and goes 15 miles per hour, then it can only go 7.5 miles. But its not fully charged all the time. After 15 minutes of used I noticed the speed was slow down and down till 30 minutes of use.

I wish this product has longer charge to used. And they should make it variable speed.

I can recomend this scooter if you use it in short period of time.

1 Star This is a terrible item
This scooter is NOT for heavier riders……maybe 120 lbs maximum. After only of a day’s use when new, our son, who’s 145 lbs complained that the circuit breaker kept popping. Contacting Razor resulted in essentially instructions to rebuild the rear wheel assembly. In doing so, I discovered that the brake was very tight and dragging badly. The chain was very, very tight as well. After rebuilding the entire assembly, with the TERRIBLE instruction manual, the rear wheel was freed up considerably. Still, when used again…..continual circuit breaker popping. The problem is most definitely that the motor is way too small to produce the required torque, and once it’s hot, the circuit breaker pops. It will NOT WORK well for riders over approx 120 lbs, in spite of what they claim. The item is reasonably well constructed, despite what the Chinese did on the brake and chain tension. Only a larger motor and battery would help the situation. I cannot recommend this product….it will be a frustration to own.

    4 Stars Christmas Gift
I purchased this gift for my grandson (almost 2). He is very active and doesn’t like to sit still for very long at all. I felt this would be a good toy for him to use inside and outside, as well as grow as he grows. He really loved it. His dad thought it was great.

5 Stars Finally a QUALITY BASKETBALL HOOP for KIDS
I’ve tried the other basketball hoops and ended up returning them both because they were cheep, rickety, etc.

This one is quite the opposite. It’s big, solid, well-build and will last a long time. I especially love that it returns the ball to you when you make a shot. My son plays with it for hours on end and the time we get together shooting hoops is priceless.

Get it – you won’t regret it.

    5 Stars Awesome basketball hoop
This is a super sturdy children’s basketball hoop. We had tried several of the Little Tyke similar style hoops and had terrible experiences. The net on the Fisher Price brand stays on the whole time. The rim is sturdy and doesn’t bend down. It’s very solid and easily adjusts to different heights which our boys love. It’s also versatile with the adjustability of the height. We love this hoop and highly recommend it.

    5 Stars Great Hoop!
I bought one of the Grow to Pro hoops a couple of weeks ago for indoors, and liked it so much (well, my 4-year old son did also), that I bought another one for outdoors. It is built well, relatively easy to put together, and is a much better quality hoop than many of the other models out there. I filled the base on the outdoor hoop with water, and it seems that it will hold up ok outdoors.

You can easily put on and take off the ball return, so you can see if you like it. It sticks out a bit, so we took it off indoors where space is tighter. We left the ball return on for the outdoor hoop. The hoop is big, so it can accomodate the included ball, or other mini balls (or I suppose bigger basketballs as well–just haven’t tried one with it).

Basically, I had bought one of the real basketball hoops for our driveway, but soon realized that even at its lowest point (7 feet), it is just too high for little kids. Hence, why I bought this one for outdoors. Now, my son and his friends can play as much as they want on the Fisher Price.

Although this deserves a 5 rating, it would be even better if you could adjust by 1/2 foot, instead of only by a whole foot. My son is a bit too tall for the 4-foot height, but a bit too short for the 5-foot height. But it is not a dealbreaker.

Buy this one with confidence. The better Little Tikes model may be worth a look as well, but I am happy with the Fisher Price Grow to Pro. Though the price on the Fisher Price seems to have just shot up quite a bit–hopefully just temporary for those of you in the market for one of these.

    5 Stars Great product
I had been looking for a small basketball hoop for my son’s 4th birthday. After looking at reviews for different ones, this one had the best. I didn’t want a wimpy hoop, but also knew my son wasn’t ready for a big basketball hoop. This one works great for him and my daughter (almost 6) loves it, too. It is adjustable and very sturdy once you get the sand in it. It comes with a small basketball but can also be used with a regular sized basketball. I can see my kids using this for many years until they’re ready for a regular size basketball hoop. And the price can’t be beat!

    Jenga

    March 21st, 2010

    Jenga

This is the blockbuster of all stacking games! The original wood block game. The rules are simple enough for the whole family to play: just stack the blocks into a tower without letting it fall! But it’s fun for all ages, too, as some blocks from the bottom of the tower are pulled to make it taller! Who will make the tower fall’ For any number of players. Contents: 54 genuine hardwood blocks and instructions.

    User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars What’s not to like about Jenga?
this game is such fun…you don’t really think of it with all the fancier games out there…but it really can’t be beat. My 4 year old loves it…and is pretty good at it I might add.

we got it this summer on a whim…just trying to find a “family” game and it hit the spot…now it’s my “go to” christmas gift this year!

    4 Stars Still a classic
We’ve been very pleased with Jenga. It’s a lot of fun and the kids enjoy playing it.

The only reason I gave it four stars is that the stacking tool that helps you to quickly set up Jenga was made out of cardboard. The older sets had one that was made out of rigid plastic. It got ruined the first day and ended up in the recycling bin. This had made Jenga slower to set up.

    5 Stars A Great Classic
You can’t go wrong with a classic game like Jenga. Simple, engaging, and entertaining for the whole family. Appropriate for all ages. The beauty is in the simplicity. It comes with “extra” blocks, but in reality it doesn’t matter much since a few lost pieces only means you lose a layer of the tower. The game can be played the same with or without them. This particular execution of the game comes with a handy and durable carry case. This game travels very well. So, we take ours camping to keep the kids happy during any bad weather. This should be a go to game in everyone’s game closet.

    5 Stars Pleasantly surprised!
I purchased this game to use as part of a role playing game Dread: A Game of Horror and Hope. I had never played Jenga before, so my husband and I decided to set it up and have a few goes at it so we would know what to expect. We had no idea it could be so much darn fun. The concept is so simple and there are barely any rules. At each turn you must study the structure to find a piece you can remove that will not bring the tower down on your turn while trying to leave your opponents with no good options. Its sheer simplicity leaves a lot of options about game play – it could be a part of a trivia challenge, drinking game, or a host of other party games. The simplicity of the set up and ease of game play make it a great option for players of all ages and skill levels. Highly recommended!

    5 Stars A classic
This is a classic inexpensive game that should be in any house where kids live or visit. This and a couple other games have been enjoyed by my nieces and nephews when they visit and helps prevent any possible boredom if, like me, you are a proponent of leaving the tv off.

    Mikasa VX20 Beach Classic Volleyball

    March 21st, 2010

    Mikasa VX20 Beach Classic Volleyball

The Mikasa VX20 Beach Classic is an affordable relative to Mikasa’s FIVB (Federation Internationale de Volleyball) World Tour and Athens Olympic beach ball. Made of super-soft, machine-stitched synthetic leather, it features a three color panel design (blue/yellow/white) that helps identify ball movement and a butyl bladder that guarantees true shape and air retention.

Whether on the beach or in the gym, Mikasa Sports USA volleyballs raise the bar and electrify the game. Mikasa volleyballs have been selected to be the official game balls of all FIVB international matches including all the Olympic Games since 1968, and will be used for all indoor competition and the beach games at the Beijing games in 2008.

    User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Great Volleyball for the Price
This beach volleyball is incredible. I play a lot of beach volleyball, and out of all of the cheaper one’s I’ve tried, this one feels the most professional. It’s very light in comparison to others; doesn’t have that heavy cushion that leaves your arms stinging if you arms aren’t use to it; rotates and floats quite accurately for a cheaper volleyball; and has solid construction. I recommend this ball to anyone. Worth more than it costs, for sure.

    5 Stars Christmas gift
I bought this as a christmas gift but it is the one my son wanted so I guess it is great.

    1 Star Ouch
Ouch, it hurts. Heavy too, have to be strong as Arnold Schwarzenegger to get it over the net. Use the Mikasa Squish instead.

    4 Stars Soft as leather
I’m not 100% sure what this ball is made of, but it was one of the softest balls I’ve ever used.

I also thought that Amazon would ship this ball deflated. Amazon really surprised me. They shipped it fully inflated and ready to play!

The ball hasn’t been used for more than 10 hours of play, so I can’t speak to its long term durability. But when I need to play on the beach, I know that it’ll do the trick.

4 Stars Plays well, not so great shell
I like the play of this ball but the synthetic leather cover isn’t particularly strong. After a couple of outings it had a nice tear. But, overall it’s a good choice for the price.

4 Stars Shipment of the Scooter
The product looks great. However, wish it would have been in a “brown” Amazon box. It came in its original box. It was supposed to be a “SURPRISE” for my daughters birthday. Luckily, I was able to get to the door before she did and made her go in her room with the door closed while I hid the Razor Scooter box.

    5 Stars scooter review
    excellent product

good value, 8 year old loves, as well as the 9 year old

as always, a pleasure doing business with Amazon and its merchants.

2 Stars Broke after 1 week
The back wheel stopped working after 1 week. Needless to say we had a very disappointed son.

    4 Stars Electric scooter
I purchased the Razor E125 electric scooter for my 11 year old grandson. he loves it, and wishes the battery charge-time was a lot longer.

    5 Stars Favorite Christmas Gift
What can I say? This was my 11 year old son’s favorite Christmas gift. Works wonderfully well and holds a charge for a long time. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this item.
