Soothe and Glow Seahorse

Sometimes baby needs a little help falling asleep. With a gentle squeeze, this cuddly friend glows and plays soft music, lullabies and soothing sounds of the ocean. After five minutes the music fades, lights dim and baby drifts to sleep. Includes eight lullabies and power/volume control for quiet play. Requires three “AA” batteries, included.

5 Stars What they said.
I don’t have to express what the other reviewers have raved about this product,so i’ll just write about our experience with this guy.

I have a 5 month old son and usually we use a mobile that projects stars/plays soft music/etc. up onto the ceiling when we are putting him to bed at night, well as it so happened our mobile ran out of batteries(note to self- buy some c batteries) and figured we could place this little guy into the crib in a pinch and it seemed to work like a charm.

He just stared at the light on the belly, then just put himself to sleep while sucking on his WubbaNub pacifer.

I love this product and would recommend this to Moms as well.

5 Stars Great addition to any family; cheaper price at Target
Our 6-month old took to “Sydney” the seahorse right away. He’s 17 months now. Its been helpful to have a common item when we travel overnight. We bought a second as a backup just in case Sydney #1 has an accident. The second one was purchased at Target for $11.99.

5 Stars Our daughter loves this!
My mom bought this seahorse for our 11-month-old daughter. She has never gotten attached to any other loveys before, but she looks for this little guy every time I put her down to sleep. The music is sweet and soothing, and unlike her glow worm it’s easy for her to squeeze to get it to light up and start playing music on her own, which helps her go back to sleep if she wakes in the middle of the night. We have another baby on the way and I will definitely buy another one for the new baby.

5 Stars Great soothing toy.
My 4 1/2 month boy loves this toy, it helps him fall asleep when he’s otherwise too cranky. He just keeps stroking the smooth surface of the seahorse and pulling on the fins until he fall asleep. Otherwise he would have kept doing it to his head instead and might have scratch himself.

Really well built toy. I recommend it.

5 Stars Comforting music
I received this when I was 5 months pregnant and play it most nights before I go to sleep. My little one starts kicking and moving around in my belly when it starts to play. It’s really pretty cool. The seahorse plays 8 songs that rotate through, all are enjoyable. My sister did the same thing for her baby in utero and her son clearly remembers the music. Now that he’s born, she plays it when he’s fussy and it calms him.
