LeapFrog Spin and Sing Alphabet Zoo

Animals go ’round and ’round while little tots learn their names and sounds. Whizzing motions, sparkling lights and cheerful songs introduce kids to the alphabet, from “alligator” to “zebra.” Three engaging modes help them learn: Letter, Animal and Music. In Letter Mode, the wheel stops on a letter and sounds out its name. Animal Mode lets little one discover 26 animals, along with their names and noises. Music Mode plays the alphabet song while little ones spin and play. Requires 3 “AA” batteries, included. 6″ x 6.5″ x 7.25″.

4 Stars Fun for all ages :-)
We got this as a Christmas present for our daughter (when she was 4 months old). We set it up on her high chair to keep her entertained while we made her food. It took her a week or so to figure out that she has to spin the middle part and now she loves this being a part of her routine. She only plays with it for a couple of minutes while the food is being warmed/prepared so it doesn’t reach the annoying level – but I can see how it could. I do have to say that I’ve never heard an x-ray fish, but I don’t think it’s sound is bzzzz. Other than that, I think this is a great toy to teach even younger kids dexterity and older kids about the alphabet and different animals (regardless or how silly the sounds may be). My daughter actually gets a kick out of it when I try to imitate the crazy sounds!

5 Stars Love it!
This is a very sturdy and educational toy. My one yr old would repeatedly drop it but it’s still in great shape. I love the feel of the product overall…it feels firm not flimsy. This toy automatically turns itself off when not in use and you have two different volume controls. My 4 yr old also tries to take it and play with it :) . The music is fun and engaging….my 1 yr old dances to it:) too cute… All in all I love this…I bought for my 1 yr old for her birthday.

5 Stars My 8 month old daughter loved it at 6 months and still loves it at one year!
We also bought this for a friend’s first birthday and she loves it. It has at least three settings, one for just abc’s, another for the animals, and the third for both, including singing the abc song.

4 Stars Our daughter likes this a lot
Our 10 month old loves to spin it to keep sounds or music going :)

I appreciate that the volume isn’t too loud in the low setting (a real problem in too many toys)… the variety is good: the music, animal sounds and letter settings are all different. Note that the animal sounds are a bit exxagerated… they had to find an animal with “X”, so they say “X-Ray Fish” (not even sure that’s a real fish!) and of course the sound is made up.

A good buy, since “spinning” is a pretty interesting concept to have a baby figure out.

5 Stars Fantastic choice!
I bought this toy for my 15 month old son and he loves it! It’s easy to use and very durable considering a little boy is putting it to the test.He loves the music although it can be a little repetitive for the parents, but I can overlook that when I see how much fun he is having.

5 Stars Chicco Polka-Dot Baby Walker is a Hit!
I bought this walker for my 3 1/2 mth. old niece that loves to stand! She wanted to be held up to stand all the time so I purchased this walker. She loves it! The tray with the lights and sounds is awesome! She can make them go all by herself and stays amused for a long while doing so. The adjustable height is good. She is 4 months old now and can make the walker move without assistance. Also, the colors are beautiful. It is very girly! I love the hot pink! In the picture it did look red to me, but I was pleasantly surprised! I would definitely recommend this item to everyone and would buy it again as a gift!

5 Stars endless hours of entertainment
My very difficult to please 8 month old enjoyed this product a great deal. She was one of those babies that never wanted to be put down. She got in it and entertained herself with the lights and sounds, she gained a sence of freedom by gliding from room to room. I wished i had gotten it sooner for her. Now at 14 months, she still loved to push the walker around and play with the activity center. I have a 2 month old and can’t wait to put him in.

5 Stars Fabulous Product!
My son loves this walker! It is easy to assemble, folds down flat for storage and the adjustable heights are exactly what we were looking for. The brakes on the bottom also make it so he is not able to move over the thresholds into another room. He has a grand time flying around in his walker.

5 Stars Best walker I’ve found in 8 years
This walker is the best I’ve found since my oldest son (9-year-old) was a baby. Most of the walkers out there have stationary back wheels that don’t allow your child the freedom to go in any direction at the drop of a hat. This one does! My son has figured out how soon he needs to stop and make a turn. The base is big (like all walkers), but is not cumbersome. This is the one you want! It is also accomodating to those hefty (okay…fat) babies like mine!

5 Stars My baby love’s this walker
My baby is 3 months and wants to stand up all the time so I got this walker and she love’s it all the color’s and sounds are endless. And if youu have carpet you can just take off the brakes so it cna mover over carpet. My baby reaches the floor with the lowest level. She will use this for a long time well untill she can walk:) Oh I have searched for a good cute walker and this is the only one that is cute. I would say it is worth it for the price and it looks really good in person not just the photo.

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Best Doctor Kit!
Highly recommend! My daughter plays with it everyday for the past 4 months. Love the sound effects!

5 Stars Excellent doctors kit!
What a great product! We started out with the cheap $10 doctors kit.. but since my daughter was so into playing doctor, we decided to buy this kit for her for Christmas – she is 2.5 years old. She LOVES it!

She absolutely loves how the pager, phone and stethoscope make noises. I’m not to fond of the coughing coming out of the stethoscope, but she doesnt seem to mind (I think they could have just done the heart beat).

There are a lot of pieces to this doctors kit! They fit in the box (which has latches on it to keep it closed properly), and the quality is pretty good of the items.

Very good doctors kit for kids – highly recommend it. My daughter loves to play with it.. and we get examined a lot in this household :)

4 Stars Doctor set
This toy quickly became a favorite for my grand daughter. There are lots of pieces for her to play with.

4 Stars Overall a good Dr.’s Kit
Some of the items are a bit cheap, but my daughter has enjoyed playing with the kit, and I am glad that I purchased it for her.

5 Stars Great Doctors Kit
My daughter is 3 1/2 and loves to play with her doctors kit. There are a lot of pieces to the kit and we have not been able to find any comparable toy in any local store. So for us, this is the best around. However, for the $$ we were slightly disappointed that the cell phone does not work. It appears to have a defect. Other than that, great educational toy.

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Perfect, and effective way to do time out
The only down fall was I could not open the back where the bateries go so now it is taped shut.

3 Stars Good Timer – Not User Friendly
Purchased the timer to help our 2, 5 and 7 year old kids get better and timing getting ready in the morning, brushing teeth and anything else we can use it for. It works great when you finally get the settings done. Having to read the instruction manual every time to set the times is a pain. I guess we will get used to it eventually.

They could do a much better job at adding a better timer setting option.

I would recommend this timer.

2 Stars Good while it worked
After about our third set of batteries, the whole display is lit up and no buttons work. I called the manufacturer and they said to return it through Amazon, but that is only for 30 days. It lasted us about 3-4 months. We loved the functionality and it stopped our daughter from constantly asking us when her time would be up. We did burn through the batteries with the lights constantly on while using it.

3 Stars Works great for my kids
The time tracker works great. I use it to let my kids know when it is okay to get up from the dinner table. The only problem is it is hard to figure out how to change the time even with using the manual.

1 Star Time Tracker didn’t last
Bought one for myself, one for a friend and one for my daughter’s class. All three worked fine at first, then quit working. Mine lasted the longest – 5 months.
