4 Stars Great Activity Board, not so great Walker
We bought this for our son when he was about 9 months old. Initially, we used it as an activity center and he loved it. The activity board is colorful and has easy buttons etc. for him to operate. Although he loves it, I am gibing the product 4 stars because (a) The phone comes off and is not attached to the activity board with anything. This is quite inconvenient because the phone is constantly being misplaced. (b) The shapes that come off make noises when pressed, however, these noises are quite random. For instance, he button with the corn picture will say “Corn” once, “Square” once, and “Yellow” once, but in no discernible order. Quite confusing for the child, who doesn’t then connect cause and effect! (c) This is not a great walker, but the activity board makes up for that. Overall, my son thoroughly enjoys the product, it has several features, but could do with one or two areas of improvement.
5 Stars Best Toy
My Daughter is 8 months and she loves this toy. She is learning to gain her balance and try walking on her own. This is her favorite toy, I take it to grandma’s house and to all my friends houses, it is easy to take with me.
5 Stars Excellent training walker – BUY THIS!!
My son 10month old son is learning to walk, so we bought this as we didn’t have room for a regular walker. He took to it immediately. He was running all through the house with it. He LOVES IT. Within 2 days of using this toy he was taking his first steps unassisted. Excellent toy to teach them how to balance their weight, since the toy will go when they push it. We used it on carpet and he did great, he also did good on the slick kitchen floor. NO problems. But you do need to supervise. My only complaint is that the noise on this toy is almost enough to drive you insane. It is a little overwhelming, even for my little one. He prefers to play with it without the sound on. It’s too many sounds at once, talking, singing, beeping… If you have a soon-to-be-walker, buy this toy! It’s awesome and durable, they’ll play with this long after they learn to walk! My 8 yr old likes to play with it too! hahaha
5 Stars Great for ALL ages
I got this toy on sale when my son was 3 months old, he is now 17 months and stills plays with it everyday! When we first got it i would sit with him and let his hit the buttons himself as he grew he learned very quick what to hit to make music and light go off, he would even dance to the music. As he got older and started standing I put it on the walker and he would EVERWHERE with it, if I didn’t have I don’t know to this day if he would even walk:) It went everywhere with us for months including the grocery store and shopping. Now he still uses it all over the house. Of all the toys in my house this is the one he fights over when his 22 month old cousin comes to visit. For the price there is nothing better! I tell everyone I know to go get one while their kid is young.
3 Stars Not an IDEAL walker
The only part that my son enjoyed about this “walker” is the removable toy. Otherwise, it should only be intended for children that can walk on their own. It has no resistance on the wheels, therefore it cannot withhold a walking learner or stander. I found it very unsecure and dangerous for beginning walkers.
